Flying Tips
International Flights may result into jet lag (also called jetlag). Jet lag is a form of disorientation and fatigue. This is caused due to a different sleeping and waking schedule and different daylight hours. Some people are affected more. This happens when crossing two or more time zones in a single flight.
To avoid jet lag, take a good sleep before the day of your flight, and try to sleep as much as possible during the flight.
Do not worry about the timezones. During the flight, instead of watching movies and going for other entertainments, just sleep whenever you can. And When you arrive at your destination, forget your origin timezone and depend on the destination timezone.
Avoid long drives on your first day, as you may get fatigue.
